Computer Service was incorporated as an S-Corp in 1988. This was done to help protect our clients
from any possible employment status hassles.
There were 3 of us working for the company at that time.
Our main client was the Evangelical Lutheran
Church of America Board of Pensions, an organization responsible for the funds
of ELCA clergy and staff.
My responsibilities included supporting and
